One of the initiatives that we promoted for Caregivers Week was an open letter sent by NZNO, E tū and NZNO to Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern to draw her attention to unsafe staffing in Aged Care facilities.

To mark Caregivers Week, we also held a livestream with Grey Power and E tū where workers and organisers spoke to politicians about their concerns and aspirations for aged care workers.
