NZNO are pleased to introduce the NZNO/DHB MECA bargaining team which will be presented for endorsement by the wider membership along with the endorsement of claims in June.

The criteria for selection included the need for representation from the occupational groups covered by the MECA. Being an active delegate, Māori representation, ensuring rural and metropolitan DHB representation, previous bargaining experience, and participation in industrial training were also important considerations.
