I'm 61, been nursing for 40 years. Still working full time and every extra shift/on call/weekends I can get to survive. In the last 11 years I have recieved a $1 / hr increase in wages per year. I feel so undervalued but can't retire as I like living in my house and if I retire I won't be able to afford it.
