As a Health-care assistant I truly believe we need more staff to ease the stress, frustration and unsafe staffing situations. There have been many duties when I have wanted to just go home. Also our pay rate is pathetic for the work we do.

I see how stressed the RN's get and are not always able to provide the support HCA 's need.
