Standing together- Need fair pay for Enrolled Nurses. EN work so hard and do same work load as RN but there is so much difference in their pay. Need fair pay and pay raise for EN. Why EN and RN pay scale is so much difference -- why EN payscale only to step 4 and RN step is step 7 even HCA step 5 payscale high then EN.
