I am here because we care- EN need pay raise- for better pay and fair pay. Please reconsider their payscale why their payscale only go to step 4 and RN step 7 why there is so much difference in their pay scale. The work EN do is quite similar and do equal job which an RN do. They take same load and work effectively work is overloaded with poor staffing, heavy workload. They do their best to provide best care but at the end their work is not appricated their pay is so little. Do something bring a positive change in their payscale and prevent the gap of pay scale EN and RN
