Need a payraise for Enrolled Nurses, please increase hourly rate and need fair payscale. It is upset to see there is so much difference in payscale for EN (step 4) and RN (step 7), very unfair even HCA payscale (step 5) higher than EN. EN need to be recognized thanks better pay and recognition.
