Enrolled Nurses are working hard and doing efforts as what an RN does. But still why there is so much difference in their pay. Why EN pay scale step 4 and RN is way high step 7. Please do a fair pay scale for EN as well because due to short staffs EN work in pressure everyday taking extra patients loads and even look after complex patients yet their hard work is not seen. They work extremely hard but they are considered low earn workers. Please increase their payscale similar to RN because they do everything which an RN does. Help recognize and appreciate what an EN does everyday. Fair pay, increase pay and payscale equal to RN payscale. Thanks
