I would like to request if you could help increase pay scale for Enrolled Nurses. Enrolled Nurses work hard and having same loads as RN but still paid very low. EN starting rate is very low and why their pay scale only go to step 4 lower then HCA- HCA has step 5 and why RN step 7.

I hope to see the changes in payscale and increase in hourly rate for Enrolled Nurses soon to help recognized and appreciate the hardwork which an EN does everyday with low pay.
