Need a better payraise for Enrolled nurses because EN work hard and do same work load as RN but are paid very low . It is sad to see there is a huge difference in pay scales of EN (step 4 )compared to RN (step 7) and HCA (step 5). Need a better bargain pay raise for EN payscale and starting hourly rate to increase because it very less. Thank you.

Also do hire new graduate EN. Why they are rejected being no experience if they dont get opportunity to start somewhere then how will gain work experience- very unfair. Please do something this needs to be changed.
