As a HCA we all deserve that fair pay. I help the RNs because I see their struggles and I try my best to ease their load but asking who can I assist with theur patients with personal cares in the AM shift. Lately I been a PA in my ward for past 2 weeks I really enjoy it because I miss caring for the elderly residents I used to care for back in the resthome I resigned from June 2021. We all deserve to be safe at work and so do our patients who could be your mother, father grandparent or an uncle!!!
