Thank you for standing strong on Patient Safety. This is the culmination of 25 years of NZ nurses’ voices of concern about harm ( having been silenced in the 1990s and 16 years from the Safe Staffing Inquiry) nurses acting in alignment with our compassion for those we serve, and having the numerical evidence to manage by fact. (post the early 1990s of silencing nurses).
