Enrolled Nurses are working hard unfortunately they are not valued and appreciated. Please let EN work recognized-increase pay raise -increase starting rate and why their starting rate is low low and even pay scale only goes to step 4 lower then HCA step 5 and RN step 7. Why there are is so much difference in paysscale for EN and RN but they take same wor load, pressures and face same challenges sick patent, extra loads due to short of staffs. EN starting rate should be higher then now they getting for step 4. EN work very hard to provide best care but the Healthcare system is not valuing their presence. Please do think be productive in increasepay scale similar to RN payscale as EN too work hard hand to hand as RN. Thanks
